Pre-order

What is a pre-order? 

A pre-order allows you to secure The Kai Tote before it is restocked. As a small business, we focus on small batch production so pre-ordering is the best way for you to reserve a bag that you love! 

How do pre-orders work? 

A pre-order is simple and works just like a regular order, where full payment is made at checkout.

What happens if I order both a pre-order and an in-stock order in the same order?

If your order contains both a pre-order and an in-stock order, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you would like the in-stock order to be shipped earlier, please place a separate order for each item.

When will I receive my product? 

The estimated delivery date for The Kai Tote in Black & Espresso is End June 2025. As a small business committed to quality and small-batch production, this timeline allows us to uphold standards for you.

We kindly ask you to place a pre-order only if you’re comfortable with the timeline.

Can I cancel my pre-order? 

Cancellations of pre-orders can be made within 5 days from the date of your order. If you wish to cancel, please email us at contactjunojane@gmail.com with your order number.

As we aim to process your orders quickly, please note that we will be unable to process changes after this 5-day window. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I apply a discount after placing my order?

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an order once it has been placed. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I change the colour of my order?

Changing of colours can be made within 5 days from the date of your order. If you wish to change the colour of your order, please email us at contactjunojane@gmail.com with your order number.
