A pre-order allows you to secure The Kai Tote before it is restocked. As a small business, we focus on small batch production so pre-ordering is the best way for you to reserve a bag that you love! 

A pre-order is simple and works just like a regular order, where full payment is made at checkout. The pre-order campaign will run until quantities are filled, and orders will be fulfilled in Mid April 2025 when production has completed. 

The estimated delivery date is Mid April 2025. Our dedication to quality and small-batch production, combined with the extended Chinese New Year break for our manufacturers, means a longer production cycle this time round. We kindly ask you to place a pre-order only if you’re comfortable with the timeline.

Cancellations of pre-orders can be made within 5 days from the date of your order. If you wish to cancel, please email us at contactjunojane@gmail.com with your order number.
