Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We’re thrilled to share that we now offer delivery to more countries around the globe! If we dont ship to your country, don’t worry - just send us an email at contactjunojane@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
We’re doing our best to expand our delivery destinations to reach more of you. Please stick around and sign up for our mailing list to receive new shipping updates.
What shipping options are there?
For deliveries to Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam, we offer standard shipping via Ninjavan and up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
For deliveries to all other destinations, we will be offering standard shipping using FedEx and only 1 delivery attempt will be made. You will be able to make amendments to the delivery date or direct deliveries to self-collection points via the email / text message from FedEx.
All courier deliveries are trackable via the order tracking ID which will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.
How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?
All shipping rates do not include custom duties, taxes and disbursement fees, which will be borne solely by you. Please contact your local customs directly for further information before placing your order. We will not be held liable for any delays due to custom clearance or failure to pay any associated custom fees required by your local customs.
Please expect delayed delivery during peak periods (i.e., pre-orders, sales, public holidays and festive seasons) due to longer time required for processing and dispatching of orders. We will do our best to update you with any information on delays but we seek your understanding to be patient during this period.
Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes?
Yes, all custom duties, taxes and disbursement fees, will be borne solely by you. Please contact your local customs directly for further information before placing your order. We will not be held liable for any delays due to custom clearance or failure to pay any associated custom fees required by your local customs.
We are required to declare the full value of all shipments in compliance with customs regulations.
How do I track my order delivery status?
After your order has been packed and sent out, you should receive an email with a tracking number from our delivery partner. You can track your order delivery status by clicking on the tracking number.
My item is marked as delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?
In the event that you do not receive your order, please drop us an email at contactjunojane@gmail.com so that we can assist you. We’ll do our best to help track down your package, but please note that Juno Jane is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen.
I missed the delivery of my order. What should I do?
For deliveries to Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam, please note that our delivery service will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. For all other destinations, only 1 attempt will be made. If all attempt(s) are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us.
In the event your package is returned, we can assist in arranging a redelivery. However, this will require an additional redelivery fee, which you will need to cover.
No refunds will be issued if your order is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided or after all delivery attempt(s) failed. Hence, please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
