Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you change your mind, please email us at contactjunojane@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number so we can assist you with the return process. 

To be eligible for any return, the item(s) must be in its original purchase condition as such: unused, unmarked, unaltered and in original packaging, in brand new condition and free of any stains (e.g. make-up, pen ink) or scents.

You are responsible for the costs of sending the item(s) back to us (unless in the case of incorrect / defective items). Kindly note that we are not responsible for item(s) lost or unlocatable before they reach us; therefore, we recommend using a trackable delivery method for your returns.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item(s), and provided that the item(s) meet the specified conditions, our team will issue a refund equivalent to the purchase price, excluding shipping costs within 5 working days.

My item is incorrect / defective. What should I do next?

If the item you received is incorrect or defective (so sorry about that!), please email us at contactjunojane@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Please provide us with the following information in the email so we can best assist you: 1) Your order number 2) Description of the issue e.g. specific defect, incorrect colour 3) Images of the issue.

Please note the following: As our bags are handmade, slight variations in measurements, uneven stitching and frayed ends may occur. These minor differences are a natural part of our production process and do not affect the quality or functionality of your bag. Additionally, natural tarnishing of hardware over time due to exposure to water, perfume, and other elements is inevitable and not considered a defect.

We will arrange for a return pickup from your delivery address and any return fees will be borne by us. Please ensure that any item(s) that are incorrect or defective should be returned in their original condition i.e. unused, unmarked, unaltered, free of any stains and in its original packaging. Do note that if the item is out of stock, we reserve the right to issue a cash refund.
